For bookings made online, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For leisure services tied to a specific date (§ 18 (1) no. 10 FAGG) this right does not apply. If you cannot attend a booked session, please contact me by email – we will find a solution (e.g. moving to another date).
