My journey to breath began in 2021 – quietly and without pretense, simply by breathing along in sessions. In 2023, conscious connected breathing truly led me to myself for the first time. In 2024, I encountered Psychedelic Breath® – a practice that, for me, combines depth, clarity, and lightness.Today, I guide people with this method – mindfully, body-based, and without spiritual overemphasis. In my sessions, you don't have to be able to do anything. You breathe, I hold the space for you. Gently, safely, and in a way that allows you to stay with yourself at all times.It is important to me that you find your own rhythm and feel what is alive within you. And if you land a little softer or clearer with yourself after a session, that touches me every time.Perhaps breath will also become a place for you where you find your way back to yourself.
